February 2014
For the last four years, our painting workshops in the Bahamas were wonderful: great group, beautiful place, lots of time to paint, warm weather, and amazing beaches. What's not to like? So we've planned another get-away next winter to a warm and sunny island.
In the tradition of Winslow Homer, we'll be leaving winter behind for an art sojourn in a tropical paradise! So start planning now to join me for four days of painting at charming Elbow Cay, Abaco Island, Bahamas.

ReplyDeleteabsolutely fantastic watercolor. It sings!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Mary. This was one of those paintings that felt totally improvised--nothing I was planning was working, and things got better once I gave up on staying in control!
